• Prohibition of Leakage: No entity shall reverse engineer, decompile, maliciously scrape, or conduct vulnerability probing against this system.
• Exclusive Asset Ownership: API Keys are strictly restricted to the authorized research personnel for specific project invocations and shall not be lent, shared, rented, sold, or disclosed to any third party for any reason.

III. Prohibited Conduct and Severe Legal Liabilities (Strengthened)

All activities conducted within this platform by any entity—whether authorized or through unauthorized escalation—must strictly comply with national Cybersecurity Laws, Data Security Laws, and applicable regulations. The utilization of this system for the following activities is STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

1. Using the reputation of this platform to solicit external clients, generate public traffic, or engage in any form of fraudulent commercial operations;
2. Non-compliant interface invocations to generate or disseminate harmful texts, data, or streaming media content that violates national statutes or public order;
3. Launching malicious Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, stress testings, penetration testings, or any behavior that jeopardizes system stability.

IV. Technical Traceability, Digital Watermarking, and Full Auditing (New)

To ensure internal infrastructure security, the platform has deployed the highest standard of compliance auditing and technical tracing systems:

• Full-Log Retention: The system records and retains 7×24-hour comprehensive logs of the request originator’s real IP address, device fingerprint, geolocation, invocation frequency, and transmitted content.
• Digital Watermark Tracking: All texts, data, and API responses generated by this system are implicitly embedded with irreversible digital security watermarks. In the event of a data breach or unauthorized external leakage, the platform will trace and locate the specific liable individual directly.

V. Enforcement and Judicial Prosecution Mechanisms

Upon detection of abnormal access, interface abuse, credential brute-forcing, unauthorized resale, or unpermitted dissemination of internal platform information by risk control monitors, the management team will enforce measures including but not limited to:

1. Immediate Disposition: Instant and permanent revocation, blocking of associated accounts and IP addresses without prior notice;
2. Evidence Preservation: Complete preservation of audit logs, digital watermark evidence, and packet captures to serve as admissible evidence in subsequent legal proceedings;
3. Legal Prosecution: For any system damages or reputational infringements caused, the platform will report the incidents to public security and cyber-administration authorities, and fully pursue criminal and civil liabilities against the liable subjects.
